What drinks are good for our teeth?

17th Oct 2023

We have been learning about the dentist and how to look after our teeth in our ‘Helping Heroes’ topic.  We carried out a science investigation to find out what drinks are good for our teeth.  P2 have predicted that Coca-Cola is bad for our teeth.  We used the same size eggs, the same amount of each drink and the same size container to make sure it was a fair test.

Result: Water and milk are good for our teeth.  Coca-cola and orange juice are not good for our teeth.  We know that we have to brush our teeth twice a day to keep them clean and healthy! 😁
