All next week Primary 2 will be celebrating Chinese New Year. We have made Chinese lanterns, rattle drums, fire breathing dragons and practised writing our name using Chinese calligraphy. We have made a giant Nian the dragon who is flying over our classroom keeping an eye on our lovely work! Now we are looking forward to sampling some delicious Chinese food, finding out about lunar new year celebrations and making some beautiful Chinese craft items.
